Many of the readings linked to from inside Canvas are from library subscription resources, and you must authenticate as a member of the Erikson community to use them. The credentials you use are the same you use for your Erikson email, Canvas, My.Erikson, or Office.com.
When you see a Microsoft logon screen, use your Erikson email and password.
Sometimes, students who also have a personal Office.com account experience problems logging in. The best practice is to use one browser for your Erikson-related activities, and a different browser for your personal Office.com activities.
If you experience difficulties logging in, please contact libraryhelp@erikson.edu and be sure to tell us:
- Your name
- Your course name and number (e.g. SED I, CHLD_C421_M2_Fall2022)
- The specific reading you are trying to access.
- The error you are receiving. Screen shots are super helpful!
- Bonus information that can really help us solve your problem: send the URL / web address from the browser.
