Password requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Can contain any characters including spaces and punctuation
- Cannot reuse previous 6 passwords
- Must contain at least three of the following:
- Upper case letter,
- lower case letter,
- number, non-alpha numeric character
- Maximum number of failed password attempts = 10
- 180-day password change
