The Due Dates to upload syllabi and submit required textbooks are published on the Faculty and Staff section of the library's website:

Textbook and Syllabi: Due Dates and Upload Links

Important things to know about Textbooks

  • Students use my.erikson to learn what their required texts are, and by federal law this information needs to be provided at the point of registration.
  • Every book is entered separately into the form.  Registration & Records staff enter the texts you submit into my.erikson.
  • You should fill out the form even if you don't have required text.
  • If there are multiple sections of a course, you only need to submit the texts for one section, and then please indicate on the form that all sections will use the same books.
  • For questions about textbook submissions, please contact libraryhelp@erikson.edu

Important things to know about Syllabi:

  • Syllabi should be uploaded to the shared folder for that semester .  Please do not email syllabi to the library or Distance Learning.
  • The Distance Learning team will link your submitted syllabus to your Canvas course.  Once submitted, you should make changes to the submitted file. Do not re-upload a new version.
  • You must use the current Revised 2023-24 Syllabus Template for accessibility and legal reasons. Syllabi not in this format will be returned.
  • For questions about syllabi submissions, please reach out to Instructional Design and Development (IDD) by emailing iddsupport@erikson.edu

Check out the Course Prep Checklist to make sure you are on schedule for the start of every semester.
