The privacy settings on your browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari) are likely blocking third-party cookies. This seems especially prevalent with Safari.
You can try switching to another browser, or you can re-enable third-party cookies on the current browser. Information on how to enable third-party cookies for different browsers and devices can be found here.
If you are using a computer where the browser is controlled by an organization (e.g. your workplace), you may need assistance from the IT department of that organization that controls the computer to make these changes to the browser.
