Update the app
Make sure you have the latest version of the Boundless app.
Update your operating system
Ensure your mobile operating system is up to date and supported by the app. The Boundless app is compatible with iOS 13 and above, and Android 9 and above.
Clear your app's data and cache
You can try clearing the app's data and cache. To do this, you can:
- Exit the Boundless app
- Open Settings
- Select Apps
- Find and select the Boundless app
- Scroll down and select Storage
- Tap Clear Data, then tap Clear Cache
